EN După Traian și Decebal

After Traian and Decebal (pages of gay history in Romania)

By / with: Paul Dunca, Mihaela Michailov

How was ”gay living” in Romania before 1989? Which were the social rituals and the oppressive structures? What were the effects of Article 200 that punished same sex relations with one to five years` imprisonment?

How did abuses against the right to identity representation continue after 1989? After Traian and Decibel is a fragment of underground history of homosexuality before and after 1989. The paradoxes of censorship functioned perfectly. Although it was prohibited, there was gay life in Romania.
